Yes, they took it again. Though I do not hold out much expectation of them doing very much. I told them to keep it until it is fixed.

Apparently it is a valve in the compressor.
They have to replace the entire thing.
10+ days to get a replacement part before they can even start.

They are asking VW about a loaner.
I have to go away this weekend with my elderly parents (90+) and will have to hire a car as even if they give me my car back no aircon would be intolerable for my parents.

We picked up our MY18 (Build Date Nov 2017) White Petrol Tiguan R-Line optioned with sunroof & Driver Assist on Saturday 03 Feb from Brighton VW.
We ordered our wee beastie in Oct 2017 thru FleetPartners Leasing for a period of 3 years with a full package-Registration, Insurance, Servicing & tyres.
Everyday I’m learning more & more about displays & settings.
We’re looking forward to the next three years for sure!

That’s awesome! Be prepared to be overwhelmed at setting your personal configurations. We have had ours for 3-weeks and am still coming to grips with it.
