The Discovercare download page has moved. You can access the .EXE download from here. Just select your car etc..

There is a Map update on the VW Germany website dated 8/8/17. This update is not available through the DiscoverCare App or the Navigation.com website, not sure why.
Here is the link to the VW website, choose your model car and discover unit.

Yes, but have you noticed the maps version if you download from the website is P68_N60S5MIBH3_ROW_NT whereas the version you download through the DiscoverCare App or the Navigation.com website is version P65_N60S5MIBH3_ROW_NT so an older version. I downloaded the version from the VW website and it is indeed a newer version dated 8/8/17

Not having much luck with the download. Keeps crashing on me. Have tried several times. Anyone else having these issues or am I the only one?

UPDATE: I'm done with the update. I have wasted over 100Gb of data on several attempts to download this update. It keeps crashing.

I had similar crashing dramas last time. Ended up installing a download manager. Pulled it down in 10 mins. Haven’t used one of those for years.

I was having issues not with the download, but with the unpack (decompression) - keeps telling me there are faulty segments in the file. I've downloaded it several times to check (100MbPS, FTTP, unlimited data helps) but every time - same result.

I think I'll wait until the localized file set is available from the navigation.com site.

I give up!!!!
Have tried twice at home on my "fast" ADSL2 broadband connection (3.5mbps ) each one taking 20+ hours to complete.
Both failed when unzipping with errors.
Tried 3 times at work (10MB/s), 2 failed when downloading, 1 when unzipping.
