Anyone got a confirmed delivery date yet? Should be due fairly soon

Talking to someone at VWOA today, a bunch got released to dealers today. They are coming out in batches of 50 hatch/wagon wolfsburgs.. Just PD at the dealer and delivery of the first ones next week most likely.

For those wondering if the roof is worth it, I have the roof on my highline wagon and will hands-down never order a car without one again. Now, if only I had the spare cash to upgrade to the R in limestone with the roof!

I dropped into the dealer today asking about finance and got some good news that my blue R wagon arrives off the boat in Sydney on the 14/9. I guess that means I've got a good chance of picking up at the end of this month )

Anyone looking for a white R wagon without sunroof there's one still available at Mount Gambier. I was in the showroom this afternoon and they told me they still had it. They'll deliver to Adelaide and probably western Vic too if anyone still hasn't pulled the trigger.

Hehehe does look pretty cool. To be honest tho I hardly ever used my sunroof in my R hatch and it used to piss me off anyway when the sun was shining on my head so it was closed most of the time. Thats why I just went with a blue R Wolfie wagon without sunroof this time.

Is this the panoramic sunroof that's being fitted to optioned Australian delivered Golf R Wolfsburg Edition wagons for $1850, being the usual price for the standard panoramic sunroof?

AAAARGH! That does look nice. My Passat only had the front seat sunroof and I hardly used it. Oh well, at least I kept my Wolfie Wagon under $60K.

Upgrade time for me is going to be in around 2 years time when we move into our new house...

Im seriously hoping that VW bring these things out as a standard offering.. Exactly what I want/need...

Would really love it if I could order manual also... but i'll take DSG if need be..
