XXR 535
Specs: 18 x 8.75, ET tbc, weight tbc
Tyres: Kumho Solus 215/40
Other: Airlift suspension
Same car, new wheels. The XXRs are another Japanese brand popular on, not surprisingly, Japanese cars. They're available locally from discount tyre shops - just watch who you deal with as there are a few shonks out there.
Note: not a legal fitment in Australia

However my intention with the thread was to always showcase wheels for all people, so some will still be looking at 17s for comfort/price. I guess it also still shows off the design reasonably well as a style guide if someone found a similar design in a larger size.

i finally managed to get a few minutes spare today so i took a few slightly better pictures whilst on the way to work,I've now fitted the vw caps also, looking at the pictures after uploading to photo bucket(which now look dull) it seems even their software struggles with how bright in the flesh these alloys are.

Massive thumbs up, great choice and a big improvement over the Cadiz you were running before. Thanks for posting up an updated picture collection!

Should be more love for the Cadiz rims in here. I think they along with the GTI Performance look great.

I'll admit this - I'd cope with Cadiz on 'my' R no problems, but there is no way I'd be keeping Santiagos on 'my' PP. IMO by far and away VWs worst wheel in a long time..

Speaking of Audi Rotors, a couple more views:
These actually color match pretty well with the GTD badging as well (a moot point locally).

Audi Rotors just work so well on almost every euro car I've seen. They should go into a wheel hall of fame'09 mk5 Jetta 118TSI
