Not to be confused with the R-Line Salvadors although they are very similar in design and this happens to be an R-Line vehicle. If you can source these wheels then they work well as an OEM plus look, particularly combined with the lowering springs.

Pretty sure there was a close up picture confirming it was just standard 225/40/18s so that look could be created quite easily.

Another fairly obscure German brand offering a reasonable range of wheels, these also come in 18 x 8 ET45 which were on a UK eBay site for around $2,350 AUD delivered and taxed.

INOVIT HASTE BLACK

I'm actually not sure exactly what's fitted to this car but the closest proxy I could find is the Inovit Haste as pictured and specs as listed, gives a good idea of the look of this style of wheel and these are available landed in Australia with duties and taxes for around $1,900.

AUDI A6 ROTORS

As the name suggests, these versions of the Audi 5 Arm Rotor as they're referred to, are off the A6. Finding a genuine set wouldn't be easy.

One alternative to straight reps of the Audi Rotors are from XTK Wheels by Alkatec from Italy: Alloy wheels – XTK dedicated alloy wheels although production appears to be in China. These are also available in 18 x 8 ET45 and the rest of the XTK range is inspired by OEM designs from European vehicles.

Theres a set of 19x8.5 et47 versions of those OEM Audi rims on eBay now $1700. Pretty good price considering the reps are going for $1500.

That's a good buy, particularly as 19s are more practical on the Golf - the 20s are fine for show but would be rough as guts on our roads. The offset is marginal but workable, particularly with a little lowering.

Does anyone know the most aggressive offset i'll be able to get away with on 19x8 or 8.5 wheels, with Eibach springs fitted without having to pull or roll the arches?
