Any suggestions on best deals on Enkei wheels? I am interested in the RSM9 in 19's (considering for Mk7 R). Only found Jax tyres so far and they don't list them

Im currently looking at a set of ~90's Benz wheels, specs are 17x8.5 (seller not sure of width) ET 36, comes with tyres that are 215/50 - im aware that the diameter will be off a bit and im currently running stock comfortline suspension (for now) - can anyone shed some light on how these wheels will fit on a MK7 chassis? i feel like they'll poke heaps?

General consensus seems to be that 8.5et45 is a good fit for near flush so you'll have around 9mm of poke with those specs. Won't be legal but depends on the look you were after and how dangerously you like to flirt with the law as to whether you should go ahead anyway

What popcorn said, the danger with 9mm is its visible as well, and would look odd on stock suspension. If you want to do a decent drop and play with the camber then maybe.. but doesn't seem worth it unless they're high value rims and you're chasing a specific look.
