I gotta say, that looks the goods! I wasn't sure about the painted front bar mod (seen it done before in red and am not sold), but in those shots in CW it looks fantastic.

By chance I went to eBay today and again searched for Golf 6 DSG pedals and found these at a much better price:

Comes to $110 AUD shipped, and there are 3 sets remaining (genuine, brand new).

Now I have to update my signature again Oh and I'll have to install them at some point too

awh damn! i actually saw that thread and was going to enquire about the skirts, but i couldnt find it again! :'( lol! also i wasn't sure if 5 door was same length as 3 door version. what did you get em for? i'll keep a look out as they add that sense of extra width to the car!

I had a chat with my dealer last week and one of the things that he mentioned to me was that he had a customer who wanted his Golf R to be tuned before delivery.

Today I received my TurboXS DP and I'm wondering if I can get the dealer to install it for me before delivery.

haha I was thinking the same thing but noticed it was a 5 door in the pics! $450 but having them put on the car and seeing what difference it makes id be happy to pay more!

I use one of these:

Vikan wheel rim brush

I used 2 brushes , the Meguires wheel brush and you can get these 3 dollar cleaning brushes in Supercheap ( yellow with blue handles ) which do a great job. However I have taken to waxing the rims and then just high pressure cleaning them. They retain that new wheel gleam and the brake dust doesnt stick as much
