hahaha. 18 months ago, everyone on here was sooooooo anal about public road driving, to the point that we ALL had friends with private race tracks, who used to let us record times....

my my, how times change... i like how you've recorded your 0-100 time, and the background seems to be something along the lines of a public highway, built up traffic?

nothing against you, of course- you couldnt have known.

Thanks Buller_Scott. The test was done on a freeway with a limit off 100. Totally legal.

What i have not been able to do is a1/4 mile time, this i will leave for a street meet at Calder Park

Now that you've installed the full APR exhaust system, do you mind saying is it much louder then just the DP? any cabin drone? performance gain at low rpm's?

I am contemplating whether I should go with DP only or the full monty. I like the look of the APR tips, are they larger in diameter than stock?

Hey davka, Its a little louder yes, and is a little louder than just the DP, and a totally different sound, much much better.
Its sound is more "bassey", but by my no means uncomfortable.

Re performance gain...I had this installed at the same time as getting the APR Fuel Pump fitted, but i think my gains are as a result of the fuel pump mainly.

That said, i believe the whole exhaust is the way to go for sure as this in itself gives good results and better driveabilty with the boost coming on slightly earlier with the divorced downpipe set up.
Not to mention a great sound!

Goes better, sounds better, love it!

Only software is getting done to it as the production class he is competing in restrics hardware (brakes engine etc - not sure on suspension though, i would assume this is open to change) changes.

Ah crap, we'll have to find someone else to do some dev/testing with an ACC equipped car. I don't think APR left their car in one piece long enough

(I'll take it to the R thread, don't wanna derail this one too much!)
