Had the rest of the APR exhaust fitted today along with the APR fuel pump upgrade by Volkspower.

Complete exhaust = the sound is very nice and now sounds complete, sounds nuts! And much better than just DP & Cat section

APR Fuel Pump = a very noticeable mid range punch, much much stronger than before, very noticeable improvement 3-6500 rpm.

Very keen now to run some 0-100 numbers.
Time permitting.

I have just come from the car after running a test for the 0-100 times and im absolutly impressed with the time achieved:
Half a tank of fuel, & 20 degrees C outside.

With more of a colder morning this will surley improve again.

Impressive results there Fab, you must be stoked.

I would be interested to hearing the exhaust at some stage as that is an upgrade I would like to do eventually once the engine has bedded in.

Bit off topic, but Guy do you know how the DSG stands up to track work? I know that the SST in the Evo X goes into limp mode from over heating quite easily. Does the DSG suffer the same issue?

Don't honestly know. I know there are a couple of "protection" modes in it, one to do with oil temperature. Need someone to get out in a DSG & cut some summer laps!

Order of mods

Hey Guy, I was wondering If I get the tune.. what would be the next best single mod.

My GF is wanting to buy me a Carbonio from somewhere, but I noticed this is only a "recommended" on your upgrades list at APR.COM.AU.

1. Would a tune and down pipe be better and get better results?

2. Also the If I get the stage 1 tune, are the subsequent tune upgrades free?

3. So in other words, If I get the tune now, and I get a DP form elsewhere later, can I get the STG II?

4. Lastly If I get the APR Carbonio, APR tune and my usual exhaust DP, what is the tune you would recommend?

PS I cant see the prices of everything for some reason on your website?
