I had the opportunity this morning to drive the APR Golf R which is in Melbourne for a couple of weeks.
Thanks to Guy (Harding Performance) & Dean (Volkspower).

This thing is a pure weapon, and after driving it and getting back into mine was like stepping back into taxi!
Makes me want more power.....Now!!!

Dave, the brakes where to die for, not much pedal travel at all, and felt very sure.

Suspension set up was amazing, it has the smaller H&R sway bars front & rear.
Steering was very direct and precise.

Cornering was flat and very neutral...
Damn, i want to drive it again!

I think the next purchase will be the intercooler... if my wife finds out though, i'm a dead man......

Thanks mate. Well cooler might be a hard sell but brakes/suspension are for improved "safety", you're thinking of her as a passenger
