Picked mine up on Friday night. Is MY11. Has the B in the VIN. Also has shopping bag hooks in the hatch area. I ordered mine 29 June (picked one that the dealer already had coming) and it was a June build with August compliance.

Dealer was very enthusiastic about the factory BT kit I got saying it was very very good, but it won't upload my address book from my old work phone.

Been allocated a provisional production date of week 37, will have a production schedule after August 10, at this stage looks like the ship will dock in Fremantle on November 11

Update:

Tracking Report indicates a Port of Destination arrival as 24/11/10 which indicates early December for me now!

FYI Handover to production is 11 Sept and Exit Production plant is 6 Oct

I truely bet you that everything I have mentioned in the MY11 changes thread (and the others incl Coreying), will be true. I'm absolutely positive.

When the MY11 GTI owners get it and report back, I'm confident they will reaffirm all that was mentioned =)

Check if we are right about this:
• Hill Start Assist in manual now
• New menu button icons on right side of steering wheel
• New Bluetooth factory system with Streaming (definately, as I paid for the $500 option)
• ESP off light in instrument cluster
• Safe Locking in MFD

Ordered GTI on 3rd August. delivery eta, well, five months

I had no idea about the MY11 changes, excellent. Definitely will appreciate the hill start as a bonus

Good news that you have got your Tracking Report now, helps build the excitement factor up again..

Interesting however that there is a 7 day difference between your dates and mine, could indicate that there is more than one vessel arriving mid to late November with 'R's on.
