Hi, cant seem to access the spreadsheet on google docs, is there a way someone can email / PM it to me?

The original spreadsheet links have expired. Another member has posted the spreadsheet again on Google Docs:
Thank you to widjaya
Please note:
The "RRP" in the spreadsheet is the cost of the car, plus options, plus MADE UP onroad costs. Please note that it is in NO WAY ACCURATE, not even when it was produced. It may have been accurate for one of the cars on there (presumably the creater's purchaseed it). The calculation for stamp duty is based on the NSW formula only and is completely inaccurate for any other state. The dealer delivery is "conservatively high" for non-GTI/R models. The CTP is wrong, as is the registration (even for NSW). There is no accounting for LCT (not that it should be an issue with non-GTI/R models). There is no accounting for the cost of number plates!
So use as a rough guide only

Golf 90TSi 7sp Auto DSG
including Park Assist ($1400)
in stock at the dealers
Last months price: $33,500...
(excluding corp discount, dont think i could get it anyway? dont know how?)
now after EOFY sale (free Dealer delivery, stamp duty, rego) works out to $29,990, good price?
Also not sure how to go about swaying the dealer for free floor mats / discounted tinting?
How have people gone about this? would like not to have to wear a short skirt for this jks lol

Base price for a 90TSi DSG without onroads is 27490 so assuming you got metallic paint then it is about par.
Don't limit yourself to one dealer, shop around, list exactly what you want and for a certain price (give/take some leeway). I would be looking for 28-29k flat with mats and tinting thrown on top of what you already have because at the moment you are paying full price for accessories.
On another note, could anyone advise what people have negotiated for finance? I've had the VW finance guy give me 2 quotes; one before I looked elsewhere and one after we went in for preapproval at another place. The difference between the two VW quotes is about 200 a month, with a big drop (>1%) in the interest rate and a gigantic (not kidding) reduction in fees. I'm wary given the wild change in repayments so I'm curious what kind of early exit/repayment fees I should know about.

Hahaha...glad you worked it out.
I get about 1 request a day to grant access to this spreadsheet. Truth is, it is already shared.

Finally bit the bullet and decided to trade up and take advantage of the free on-roads promotion. The 118 has been fabulous, but with warranty due to expire in August I wanted to be covered again.
Signed today for bog standard MY12.5 Carbon Steel 5 Door DSG with 18" Detroits. $43,690 drive away. It is currently on the wharf so delivery in the next few weeks.
Plan to add Lakin plate holders, RNS510, Milltek exhaust, tune, tint & opti-coat. Oh, and of course I have to swap my rear LED's don't I?sigpic
