Not trying to stir the pot here but is anyone still buying Mk6 Gtis?
They're still a good car and the current deals are competitive but you're going to take an absolute bath on the re-sale in 1 year's time when Mk7's start rolling in and the Mk6 is naturally falling behind in standard equipment etc.

Remember the mk7 gti isn't out for at least 12-18 mths, in fact it's only the base mk7 that's releasing next yr.
It's like anything, people that buy a 2010 model new always get hosed when the 2011 comes out.
