How to track the car you have ordered?

Does anyone know what 'Liner Release' means? It is now appearing on the tracking site for Morning Carol.

As Corey has said in another thread.. it basically doesn't mean a lot. Just paperwork or something done in preparation for the car being discharged.

Once the car leaves the boat it will show as 'discharged'.

Finally it will show 'delivered' which I believe is once the car has cleared customs or when Patrick's is finished with it.

My GTI was also in the Topaz Ace which docked at Freo in the 16th. Cant wait any more. I drove past Freo docks yesterday and saw a few Carbon Steel GTI's parked in the docks. There was one with 3 doors and a few with 5 doors. One of them is mine!!

Golf GTI. 5 door, Candy White, Roof, Lights, MDI, Nav, BT. Ordered in late Jan I think it was so my wait wasn't to bad. Could have been worse. I really wanted Nav and roof, there was one on stock with leather but I didn't want to spend the 3k I had saved for OZ rims! That and I kinda wanted LED running lights, I live in the hills.

you don't really want to know.. so let me preempt this with it looks like the flow of orders is getting better and there are a few of us who have had extraordinary wait times.

I ordered last September and I take delivery this coming Thursday...
