How to track the car you have ordered?

Anyone else having trouble with the tracking site?

I am not having trouble with the site as such, just find the lack of zones in which a ship can be tracked frustrating.

To make my anxiety worse, the last time the Torino was observed (about 14 days ago...) it was just about to pass Nigeria...

I have almost worn out the refresh button on the damn page!

Praying it appears safely and docks at Port Elizabeth very soon!

ETA is Tuesday I believe.

I am not going to get the March delivery my dealer advised, current guesstimate is early May.

Sighs, my dealer said good chance I could pick up the car on Thursday/Friday but still no phone call. If it's true they need 3 days to prepare the car doubt I will get it this week then.

Torino - been there to Durban, done that NOW Australia here I come - Perth first and then drop of my most important GTI at Melbourne. Once again it has been a long time but someone just turned on the light at the end of the tunnel.

awesome news, my GTi has been discharged from the Boheme at 8pm last night in Port Kembla

Any ideas of current wait time for processing?

(ive been seeing people positing around 2-3 weeks?

My car was on Boheme also, but got off in melbourne (i ordered it after it was on the boat, they can't change port of discharge).

Do i have to ring the dealer now to get more updates on how the car is progressing through compliance?

My R was discharged from the "Oberon" on Friday and haven't heard anything since. I have asked my salesman to let me know when it arrives at the dealership so that I can pop in and check it out with the pre-delivery plastic etc on it. I'm hoping to hear from him within the next week with delivery a few days after (he told me that it's approx 2wks between discharge from the boat to delivery).

I also have 2 brothers who work as salesman at Audi and they also said that 2 weeks is about right but it can be a bit longer.

Takes about 2-3 weeks from docking to get car.
The site is useless once docked.
Your dealer can track the car for you from patricks autocare site.
As they are the ones who do compliance.
