Fitted my new anodised black wheel bolts to my matte black Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2's and finally painted my rear brake calipers "VW blue" to match the front set.

I fitted the original taillights and sprayed the little grills each side that hold the foglights.

BLKJETTA - All up it cost about $1300. This was during the APR sale. I defintely love the car even more since the 'upgrade' as I have more power if needed and my fuel economy hasn't changed a bit! I drive approximately 150 kms daily so the car gets a good workout!

That sounds about right.

APR tune is $1495 at the moment with all the extras thrown in. Carbonio is $575 plus another $345 for the APR stage 2 intake pipe & $60 for the bracketry.

Easy potential for $2500 so if he got it for $1300 he did well. I'm not saying I'd be happy to pay it but APR have never marketed themselves as a budget priced alternative.

You've got cheaper alternatives in Melbourne like GIAC, REVO, and VIEZU. No need to pay APR's high prices, especially when places like GIAC (DubAddiction, Volkwerke, Volkstech) offer free Tune upgrades and allows you to use your own hardware and are not limited like APR.

Even from the cheaper playes a fully shrouded dry-filter intake & a tune would be cracking $1k quite easiliy. i thought $1300 not bad considering how bling the Carbonio is

BLKJETTA - The 1300 rods was for the APR Stage 1 tune and the Carbonio CAI. I took advantage of the Summer Sale. I think if anyone is looking for this mod, wait until the sales that come out every 6 months or so.

Installed the V7 maps on the way home from the dealer. They cost $55 for the disc. I have seen them for up to $200 on the net

Put these on, need a re-furb and some smaller tyres as the 245's on it are way too bubbly.

Had the other 2 tyres swapped for Michelin PS3. Now have a full set of matching boots!
