Car looks great, sitting very nicely indeed. Wish mine was that clean... BTW is it ok if I link these photos to the R32 registry sticky?Originally posted by dainese View Post

Mate d2s HID bulbs are as cheap as chips these days ($40) you don't have to replace as a set either.Originally posted by sir_camel View PostDiscovered one of my non xenon (halogen?) headlights isn't working. Bulb must be blown. Is it as scary as i think it might be to replace this bulb on an R32?
Halogens are as cheap as you want to go - Calibre etc...for $30 up to $80 a pair for some quality +80% Philips etc...

Good Philips stuff is even cheaper from overseas - check out PowerBulbs (http://www.powerbulbs.co.uk) - I got headlight bulbs plus foglight bulbs from them delivered to my door for less than it would have cost me locally for just the headlight bulbs.Originally posted by fourmo View PostMate d2s HID bulbs are as cheap as chips these days ($40) you don't have to replace as a set either.

your highbeam is a halogen. your headlights are xenon
Its time consuming on an r32 to change bulbs as the bumper apparently needs to come off to do so.

My girlfriend and I changed the bulbs on my Golf over the weekend. Bless her heart and small hands
It wasn't anywhere near as scary as it's made out to be. No removal of bumpers etc.
My only regret is not ordering online
