Dropped off my 16mm spacers off to Pierre today (enjoy the cruise to melb btw).

Polished my tips today with Brasso Metal polish, turned out noice!!

swapped the .:R for a hire car Xtrail in and around Merimbula for a few days. Drove on some amazing roads today that i would have MUCH prefered the .:R on.

450km's made her dirty!! (the r!) today full shampoo rinse, leather, polish and after wax done, wheels cleaned and tyres re-shined even tho they didnt need doing. Windows cleaned up and polished. Now looks great again. The old wallet is abit lighter now with a trip to the car shop for a full kit out of cleaning gear, worth it tho. -vw-

Not yet mate, todays task is to get the bluetooth working or is not taken out. Mate, did the door inners and under bonnet, getting there! roadworthy and insurance inspection, passedjust.....................

Where abouts? Been on a few roads around there and wished so much i had a turbo or bigger engine like the R haha know what you mean

Got detailed today. Other then the boot and wheels looks nice (im manually cleaning the wheeles to do arches and brakes etc)

Did anyone realise if you leave you indicator on and turn the car off which ever side you turn the indicator on your parker and tail light on that side stay on... Thought something was very wrong to start with haha

Even just the Princes Hwy is pretty nice in parts but the best were a mountain pass i did today up from Pambula to Bombala. A stretch of it was loose gravel on the surface which i wouldn't have driven on with the R but when it is finished in the next few months it would be an epic drive. Also Snowy Mtns Hwy down from Nimmitabell to Bemboka is pretty decent. The stretch from Bermagui to Tathra on the coast road was awesome too. The Xtrail did let me check out some National Park trails in between appointments i had though.

Made the same mistake to begin with because you also get a loud beeping noise when you open your door!

cleaned up the boot door to put the badge back on! the double sided tape gave out, least it wasnt badged!
