What Dylan said haha, you'd think the paint is perfect in the shade, but once its in the sun it doesn't look as nice and there's a few bumps I need to fix up too

Used clay on front half of the car. Absolutly fantastic. If you run your nails down it it's like a sheet of glass. Gonna do the back half tomorrow night after work.

I also bought a very light cutting compound and 180mm sponge for my polisher.

        Q. Any ideas of what speeds to use and how long to spend on a section? ( only ever used a buffing pad)

Hey dude! Long time no see, I hope you've been well. Yeah we are doing car stuff most weeks, it's great fun.

I've got a set of wheels that I'm going to put on soon, they just need a tidy up and some tyres first. We actually test fitted them on Slaj's car right after the wheel in the picture. I've also got a few little touches here and there planned for the future to hopefully keep my occupied.

                  • I picked up my car from the panel shop. Got the seat set out for reupholstering while it was off the road, no more holes on the sides.
I now have an airbag light. Looks like the car was moved without the seat in place. Will need to find someone to clear this.

Nice to hear mate, I'm well, car is a bit sick atm but will be coming back bigger and better soon, with a lot more traction seems like you're in with with a good crew down there, so much mk4 love in Melbourne!! Going any lower anytime soon??

                        • Had the suspension refresh completed today by the great guys at CVWC Belco.

R32 Control Arm bushings, new inner/outer tie rods, and new ball joints followed by a wheel alignment.

                          Unbelievable difference.

Rear axle bushes have not been done yet...
