Got a replacement from stephen8512 but it's not heated. Didn't know my car has heated ones.
I think I could just leave it unplugged though, not like it gets cold enough here to have a need for heated jets.
Having a functioning water jet is more important than having one that's also heated.

you will have to strip the door down and pull out the mechanism to see what is wrong. it isn't that hard and you can find video guides for pretty much every model on you tube. you can buy a whole new mechanism for it if you have to pretty easily from a local euro car parts supplier or ebay and a lot cheaper than a mechanic will charge to fix it.
