    • Head gasket is a pretty big job, really not worth doing for the small gain if you aren't already in there doing stuff.

But I'm sure you can get them from like any of the normal parts sites, like ecs, gap, ect. MJM autohaus do a full kit of gaskets and stuff which comes with the mk4 HG.

Loving the tanks though! Good work!

          • Loving your work dude! I love the square tanks!

I've been running my 8 gallon (30lt) tank with the air lifts amand I go all down and then all up to 80psi and the tank is already down to 110 psi and the compressors kick off again! Are you going to run another tank too?

It had to be done GoLfman !!

Im chasing up a couple of pancake air tanks, prices are all over the place..and postage is stupid !

Its raining today so work on car

Big chunk of aluminium for a nice straight cut.

SO if it happens the pancake tank will fit in the wheel well.

                    • I have two options for the wire air line set ups.

Both options have there good & bad under may be very tight if I get the pancake airtank but can stil be done.
Behind may be a little messy but you wont see it from the front.

Haha Tempting but my air lines may be coming from the wheel well And I still need to work out where my subs going (I dont want it to take your eyes away from the tanks) Depending on the price for a pancake tank I may skip it I have two compressors so it shoud refill quick.

                              • Takes 33 seconds to fill a 30lt tank from 110 to 145. I would run a flat panel over that wheel well dude you will get quite a lot of air in there! lines are easy to run where ever

Best bet is to run the rear air lines through the top of the strut tower... the fronts run them above the fuel tank and into the boot be careful not to but holes in structural stuff!
