Well after watching all the boys wash there cars last weekend I think I might stay Matte for a while now.
Its a quick blast in the car wash and im good to go.
Could not be botherd with all the crap required to keep it looking smick.

DIY: Laying Frame in a MK3 VR
If I could weld Id do mine :/ I've have gotten ridiculous quotes from places around here to have it done and don't know anyone who can weld unfortunately :/ Am actually seriously considering getting a cheap welder, learning how to use it, then having a crack. Might be a little tricky to get in there to do the side near the engine, but it shouldnt matter if you dont get it 100% welded up and just get the majority of it donesigpicComment

Its odd on the second link the dude says you dont have to notch the drivers side ??? but others have and the tie rods also !

It was written in the us so their drivers side = our passenger side, which wont need a notch. I think im going to need some small notches for my tie rods too after the chassis one.sigpicComment

Ahh drr good point . yea Id say you need to notch the tie rods on yours you drive it so dam low man lol your mad .I do want the smaller oil pan !- VITS 2016 24th April -

my tie rods have marks from rubbing on them too :S
it would be easier, and I think better, to get tie rod flip kit and ball joint extenders.Comment
