VW: it aint just a car, its a way of life There are few things more satisfying in life than finding a solution to a problem and implementing it
My Blog: tinkererstales.blogspot.com.au

we had a few small hiccups getting the timing right, due to the mk4 hg and the bigger cams it was impossible to get the slots in the cams exactly horizontal

Ive been driving my VR6 quite a lot recently and loving it. How did the gearing work out for you? When im winding out 2nd gear I always thinking if only it was a bit shorter so I could get into the torque band earlier from a dig.
cheers tim thanks for all the help in sourcing the parts for me by the way, very helpful
the gearing is awesome it really suits the vr perfectly
as some people might think its too short its really not, its definitely well worth the expense
