How about removing the spot lamps, it's extra unused weight and will alow a little extra cooling.
Do you need the rear bumper?? Might look a but odd tho.
And does the bonnet need slots in it? so overheating doesn't become a later issue. Or you could just tilt the bonnet to allow heat to escape.

Just loosen the bolts and tilt the bonnet forward as much as possible. I did this and you do get some decent airflow.Comment

Bit of an update for you guys:
Today the car was towed to a mechanic for installation of:
- 2.25 exhaust with muffler
- Mk3 duel down pipe and manifold
- Racing seat
- Few odds and ends that I couldnt do.
