1m 18.5 secs around Wakefield... Not bad for an original motor with 300,000+ on the clock. Great fun.

and 33rd out of 52 entries, pretty stoked for my first time around this track.

Cheers mate. After the spin out, she spewed coolant everywhere but thats the worst of it.

I got a new hose, tied it on, filled it up with coolant again, and back on the track. pretty easy fix actually, looked worse than it was.

Hey man, yeah youre pretty much spot on. Havent driven the mk2 since vw nationals last may. Moved house since then and not on my priority list to get it out of the garage. I wanna do something soon but doesnt look good til easter time ish

Update for the followers out there; getting a full cage put in next Thursday by Bond roll bars Mulgrave. Then its going straight to Volksmuller Annangrove for some tlc ahead of VW nationals in may.

So excited!

Only drove this thing twice on 2013 so fingers crossed i can take it out a bit more
