I reckon that will fit Dan, you also need the plastic top pipe piece.

It's on Wattle St, just before you turn up to go to the Harbour Bridge. It's on the one way section, so you need to get on at the Broadway end. I think there's 2 from memory around that area.
That one is for the US spec G60 Corrado that has A/C. I think they're 675mm, only prob could be with these is if you ever wanted a FMIC it would make it difficult.
The Rallye Radiator is 630mm wide(Rallyes had a FMIC standard), so the best of both worlds really, they're a bit pricey though, about $100 more than the 675mm.
ARZ Tuning have them here, ARZ-Tuning -RUNDUM-SERVICE- für Ihr Fahrzeug
Not sure what size the non A/C GTI G60 had, or if it was any different, i know they used the 675mm with A/C and had the Top Mount Intercooler thouigh.
Just found these pics for you Dan, i bought one of those Rallye Radiators for my Corrado from ARZ, they're a good bunch to deal with, sent me a free Tshirt and Mug before!! This is the Rallyes standard FMIC to give you an idea of the size, and a pic with the Rad showing how it sits behind the cooler.

My assessment of what I found. The charger apart from a fair amount of oil inside is in pretty good shape. The apex seal hanging out was initially a concern for me. Until I took the seal out. Then you can see that the groove isn't completely shot away.
I have some ideas on fixing it up so it doesn't do it again but I am definitely going to recommend more frequent servicing from now on.
Next job is to get the service kit, with a wider belt and get busy........
I fitted all the rebuild kit today, took a good few hours. The bearing in the outlet side is in a blind hole and doesn't usually come as part of a rebuild kit. As it was there though, I thought I'd put it in.
Took me a bit of fettling to get it out. The rest was all straight forward. Turns smoothly and no knocking. I also primed it with oil, wouldn't be good to turn it with dry bearings.
I replaced the tatty old rubber bushes in the tensioner with some poly ones, they'll last for ages.
I'll get it back to Dan this week, so hopefully it will be back on the street really soon.
