Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

well today im pulling out the charger, so should be fun.

Ill also need a new 4L wipper bottle cause its leaking so will chase that up.
Also looking for some vinyl for the sun roof since mines is stained bad.
Half way thru pulling the charger off, some dodgy work with the bolts all wrong!

Ok, the charger is out, took some giving but its all good. Now onto couriers, hopefully ill send it off 2morrow.
Now just got to apply for the exemption for the RTAComment

Not sure if trimsport are still going mate, but try GPC - they're an awesome contact for badges/trim/lights and stuff like that, i got loads of stuff off them for my Corrado when i had it resprayed. Theit website is being updated but they're well worth contacting, theres aphone number and email address on the site..... (all genuine parts)

Maurice died last year but I think that Trimsport is still going. Don't be too surprised if they tale their time getting back to you. My mate Zak makes headlight looms for them and he was asked for some this year.

Charger looks pretty normal apart from the black paint. Doesn't look to be ported as far as I can see up the outlet. It has a non-std pulley installed, most likely a 68mm one. The little timing belt doesn't look to be of the wide variety. I could be wrong though.

They aren't suppose to be black? No I haven't sent it yet do I'll take off the belt tensioer. Yeah, it's got the 68mm pulley so no Surprise.
Still was louder the usual and beau said it at about a month!!!! So good to get it sorted.
