So the $150 question remains where is the best place to purchase 3/15 proportion valves?

Yes that is the $$$$ question the adjustable ones seem pretty easy to find on eBay US. But then you've got to pay for postage, seems to be the best option I've found so far. Thanks, ed

Bummer that's a lot of money! I think I'll have to go for it though, I've spent so much on this rig already it would be a shame not to go ahead with it. Hopefully I can sell the other ones I got to help!

          Thanks rocco, ed

Did you buy a pair of adjustables? If so I might be interested.

I will buy some but things are on hold until I get the fuel injectors out and the motor running well. I'll sell you the other ones now though if you want them?

I use a long large screwdriver and lever against the rocker cover. The flat end of the screwdriver needs to be positioned under the fuel line nut if you can get it. Otherwise go between the nut and the ferrule at the end of the braid.

Apply firm consistant pressure downward towards the front of the car on the screwdriver, use your other hand under the injector to stop the driver pushing the injector towards the inlet manifold. they are a bugger with old dry seals but they will come. Careful you dont stab yourself with the screw driver as well... maybe I should do a video ??

PM me what you're after for them and I'll consider what I'm up to.

                        Progress on injectors?

Progress is slow at the minute, new job and i'm doing quite a bit of charity work on the weekends. I'm hoping to have a look this evening.

I had a mechanic friend look at it during the week to see if he could get them out, he said he'd never struck one this hard and I was on my own for this one! So I'm not expecting much luck.

                          PM sent

Woo hoo, ok so I got the little buggers out.

Thanks for all the advice guys... Now for the new seals and hopefully she'll be running sweet again.

(Check out number 4 that was the leaky one, the seal was gone, you. can tell from the photo)

Please if you can. I have seen some on UK ebay so thinking about grabbing them 50 quid plus postage, which im sure will be the same again.

                                Thanks
