Sorry to offend you, not my intention. In any case, this thread isn't about my car, so Stu, time to let us know what will lie under the hood! Should we start guessing? S3/Golf R 2.0TFSI is my guess!!!

Beautiful mate, i was wondering what happened to your MK1, remember seeing pics a long time ago. Makes me want a Mk1!

Wil be keeping an eye on this one, any clues on what engine is going in? 16VT?

GT3 pics are welcome anytime :p

Engine is all done apart from a few parts that have been in customs since the 9th with no update... quite valuable so I'm worried about what's going on! Never had this kind of delay in customs before, particularly with new components

Some further works underway, a long way away in Germany! I've just received some updated pics and thought I'd share... getting very strapped for time now, so may even have to finish the car once in Melbourne, but I'll see how I go :s

My engine parts have finally been released by customs after 6 weeks (asssssholes), so I'll finish assembling the engine next week and get some pics of that.

For now, though, here is some more carbon I'm not sure sure I'll use all the parts on this particular car, but some were thrown in as part of a package works price, so I wasn't exactly going to say no.

There's still one more final touch to be done, but I'll leave this until it's bolted to the engine
