  • Got to love it, even in it's present colour.

But I hate you for making me regret selling my 83 GTI and 78 trick GLS. That GLS was something special too. Bought it for my wife and modified almost everything. It went really hard through corners and the missus several times outran my Bolwell when the road got really winding.

    Cheers

    Paul

    • was always going to have trouble with handbrake cables due to the side exit exhaust,so i thought about a hyraulic handrake and as i was running the rear lines down the middle it made it even easier.it will be great to have a handbrake that actually works too, still have to get the lines terminated. rebuilt the shifter and put in the short shifter cheers to tim aka dubs addictions, nice little kit

see the classifieds for my old chrome handbrake and cables

Hehe, tidy Are you going to take the fill-via-dipstick route?! I was reading in EVO mag yesterday that the new Renaultsport 16vTs have no oil cap either!!

                It does look damn cool

                • i have built up some seperators for the leads and to fill i think i will either take the cover off , (6 screws and the leads) or maybe build a hose to fill via the breather 10an hole, getting to the dipstick hole may be a mission

                              • have had a little time to sort a few carbon bits n pieces. had problems with the differences in the alloy (on the valve cover) when i polished it so decided on a different route
