    • wasnt happy with the top mounts adjustment method so i have used the bearing mount and am building some of my own, and it gives me a good excuse to raise the towers a little.just need to slot some holes for adjustment

      • so how much of this car is going to be like the factory made it? Or any factory?

Have you modified all the parts you've bought?

        • Top mounts look awesome, Alex Good thing about a bit of extra camber on the strut is extra tyre clearance against the lower spring perch.

The raised towers will make a huge difference as well

            • Can we get an up to date photo of the whole car? All the parts photos make me drool and it would be nice to get the whole lot together.

                • Looks good, Alex. Very neat. Good welds too, considering its a bastard of a spot.

a little more challenging as the engine was still in , it is amazing how well the cheapo ebay welder goes on full tilt, although i did trip the thermal several times, it runs remarkable smooth and steady

i did run two passes on some areas as the first weld rooted really nicely.

is that the one with switches for current setting and properly adjustable wire speed? they all seem to go for ~$100 on ebay?

Edit: How thick will they comfortably do?

Hehe, looks like i'll have to file the earth prong down on the plug...
