Creaking suspension

Yo,
I just bought a mk7 R. 100km. When going slow over speed humps or into drive ways theres a creaking sound underneath? Mostly on the drivers side. Could this be bushes or top mounts? Any help on this would be great, its driving me nuts.

yeh mines been doing this for a long time now.

i mentioned it to VW early on and they said its ' wear and tear ' but after doing some more research it seems like its a common thing.

Similar issue here perhaps? noise when going over speed humps (left front)

Top mounts were a common issue on the Mk5 and Mk6 Golf's so i dare say they still are on the Mk7. With 100k under them they are likely in need of replacement.
