Anyone having problems with there units keeping time?
I set mine last night and it lost 7 hours over night.

Not that I've seen, but if you set it to sync time with gps/satellites, it should always be in time (sometimes it may take a while for it to sync tho, for the satellites to lock on)

yeah it sync's when the nav is on but loses time when navs off.

Tried the latest firmware and now I appear to have a bricked unit. It only boots up into a white/grey screen with no interface or anything.

Here are the steps I took:
Confirmed the correct firmware based on my current model/version (Old Canbus)
bought a NEW SD card
Followed the broken english instructions exactly.
The base firmware seemed to install OK, but the MPU firmware updated failed with an error stating to check the file.
When I rebooted, it came back into a BIOS style boot and now only boots to a split grey/white screen.

I have tried the factory reset button, but no luck.

Am I screwed? I have no idea what I may have done wrong.. I followed the steps exactly as I could understand them. Not sure what the next steps are, if any..

What was your original versions? You should be ok, just reflash it, I'll get back to you when I get home from uni.

I'll give a more indepth comment when I get home, but in short, with the current firmware and sygic, it's great.

You may have to chase up audio sources for a recovery file or something. Is there any text on the White screen or anything like that? Reflashing the base firmware again?

No - there is nothing on the white screen - just a 50/50 split between grey/white. The screen itself is unresponsive and so are all the buttons. The only button that works is the screen dimmer button. I don't think I can reflash it as there is no response to any key input. I'll contact Audiosources, but I don't have a lot of hope at this point

It seems to be great with the latest firmware but unlike Moda I cannot get Sygic to work on my unit.
My dns610 has problems that the 810's don't.

i´m new here. My name is ahmethan from germany. I also buy a DNS 810 last year with the old canbus. I make an investigation to using the second core in wince 6. I found this option to using dual core in wince 6.

Nope, still waiting, and I'm still running a preproduction unit that has Bluetooth issues. Sandy has said he is happy for me to get a proper production unit, but I'm still waiting.
