Such a different feel to the 8v rod shift. Power delivery is soooo smooth and I get a few back fires out of the tail pipe every so often under deceleration.
Still need to plug it into vag com to see for any faults and do a couple more test drives but overall pretty happy with the way it turned out so far.
Hahaha yeah i have made people look twice when the turbo flutters as i change gears, but I still feel it needs more power which I can make it happen with a flash tune.
Don't get me wrong it's got bucket loads of torque and very smooth to drive compared to a 8v but still only 150hp, really would love to see another 50-65hp out of it to really get it going.
