Hi
Launch control was 4200 -4500
i think i could of done a 10th faster but the car changes gear just before the end of the 1/4
if i could rev it harder through the traps and not change gears it may be a bit faster
Raced today at heathcote
Times below viezu ecu upgrade nothong else
Ur 60ft is where the time is being one with this car. I have a import which runs 12.9 @110mph but i could never get it to launch, best 60ft of 2.1. For every 1 tenth at 60ft you can take 2 tenths off at the finish line is a gerneral rule of thought
The Sydney crew, and a few from Melb, had an awesome day at WSID on Sat 25 Feb 12. Very hot, wish I had my S3 IC fitted.
Managed a 12.55 @ 106 but sort of wished I hadn't as I knocked myself out of the comp, breaking out. In the Watercooled class I had dialled in at 12.70 for the round robin (x4) to decide the finalist. Ran a 12.79 then 12.71 in the first two runs. The next run I had an awesome launch. I knew I had the win but knew it was too fast so backed off for a 12.83 @94mph. In the last of the round robin the temp had dropped to 28 so I dropped my dial in to 12.60, considering 12.50 to be safe. Another good launch, couldn't see Courtney (white 3dr Golf R and eventual winner) behind me so I kept the power on to be safe and broke out by just over 4/100ths. Great to see a lot of WC cars at one meet.
Cheers,
Andrew

A good effort Andrew. And a wheel and exhaust change too.
Look forward to seeing again at the drags.
