You should be able to undo the plastic/rubber charge pipe leading into the throttle body and spray some cleaner in there - engine will run like crap because its essentially a huge boost leak but once you put it all back together it will be fine.
I used to regularly spray intake and throttle body cleaners on my Mk6 Golf R and GTI.
