The very Kind Engine Engineers made the EGR pipe so easily accessible, I had to fit a reducer..

So far So good, no ECM light. Tried to upload a pic, not allowing me.

I reckon I halved the hole size in the stainless steel gasket, where the EGR pipe bolts to the Cooler. ...

Just finished replacing the KKK03 CHRA in my 2009 vw golf tsi 118.

I reused the original exhaust housing wastegate actuator etc, I marked the threads and reinstalled to same position.

do I need to do any kind of adaption or anything with the ECU >?...

It isn't showing any faults on the VCDS but the leccy gate, she no-go.

First motor locks and unlocks fine but the open/close deal is out to lunch. No go on fob, console or door.
Could something have come away on the relevant motor, some kind of activation arm...

Just picked up a demo MY16.5 race blue RS hatch, DSG. It's already exceeded my expectations. Decided to join here because of all the kind and knowledgeable folks always ready to help out.
