thanks for that I would like to see how you've got it mounted in the car.
What can you read on the screen is it a simple plug and play of do you need to do VCDS/ VagCom mod's to enable it??

thanks and I can't wait to pick it up.
    Hey Mate,
Plug and play, take a few minutes to snyc with car (looking for available info/channels/data)
I've currently got it on the windscreen suction cup mount, But plan to stick it to the dash with their mounting options.
Ill get a photo tonight/tomorrow morning. Ill get some photos of what it can display too.

    Yea NICE. You'll love it

See page 1 for photos of Ultra Gauge.

    Hey Jase 00,

Very nice mate, you'll have a blast!

I run an Ultra Gauge as you say, I'd take some photos of the screen I have, but don't have car atm.
I can add some photos later mate if you want to see. Website shows how it looks as well.

Does it have a CD/DVD player in the glove box unit? UK guys are saying newer Octavias don't come with one any more!?

Are the Skoda logos in the wheel centres black or green? I presume they are black to match the wheels and exhaust tips. You can buy the black exhaust tips and wheel badges from Superskoda

Not sure how to quote everyone, so..

    ferret vrs:
I know that the diff has sport or normal.
The car has only been in sport thus far, so no idea if it changes, But you can feel the diff work while turning/lots of throttle.

    LunchboxGTI:
Does it have electric adjustable front seats with memory function and elec folding mirrors?
    Yes and the KSSY locking.

If so it seems as though skoda added the comfort pack standard to the 169 minus the heated seats.
    Yea seems so

The skoda configurator says heated seats are a $500 option on the 169.
Yep. Dont need them, as in QLD

    Mysticality:
Yea their will be fiddling after 1000km or so kms
Yea will be looking in to VCDS options.

Ill get some photos tomorrow morning of seats/sill panels.

Car going to get PPF tomorrow also.
    Done 320km so far

lol I love the heated seats living in Qld, always thought they were over kill but seeing as my car is basically my office they stayed on permantly most winters in my previous car - Below 18 deg it might as well be snowing [emoji13]
