New Octavia ....when? How Much?

I'm not sure if its new, but I like the "new Octavia" car configuration tool on the skoda.com.au website. Works fast, love the layout and previews. I had a flick through other manufacturers and most of the websites are ****e...

Other car makers... that is how you do it... (other than opening a mobile version, the main website works perfectly on android as well)

I've been using the Skoda app and I must say it's great having an accessible and searchable manual on the phone. The content is a bit clunky but that's a pretty standard issue with translated manuals, the app works great.

You could always try and spot whats equipped on them. Look out for the various mag designs, whether or not it has the black design package (black around the grille instead of chrome, and black mirror caps), the presence of auto cruise control (the little black rectangle on the lower grille).

For instance, the one pictured has the 18inch Pictoris alloys, no black design package or radar cruise.

I have friends working at Pt Kembla car terminal. They tell me they have been unloading some RS models, not sure where they are going to though.
