Seems to me this thread has run it's course. I see another Skoda every day I drive to work and back. Today I saw a Superb, a Scout and several Octavias (Octavii?) and a Roomster. They're almost common now!
Too true! There are 2 Scouts getting around in our area now and constantly see Octavias now too...

I was crossing the Callum Street carpark at Woden this afternoon and saw a guy unlocking his Octavia. So I thought I would stop, congratulate him about his car and have a chat.
Incredibly, he hadn't heard about these forums so I told him he had missed our excellent drive day in February, and he really should hop on the forums so he doesn't miss the next one!

Saw a Yellow Octavia RS Sedan driving around the Geelong CBD today. The yellow looks a lot better in the flesh than in any of the brochures or online!
