  • Just checked the closest forecast I could find:

mmmm Here's hoping it clears up...

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.

    • Ofcourse it will rain. Thats how these things work

My entry came today aswell, thanks. Wonder if they'll let me walk in with that minus the car, of if I'll have to cough up the $2 spectator fee

Dark if you want to enter your car, I'm not sure if it's allowed but you can take my entry, only difference would be name and rego.

        Hi Ben
No it won't rain, have to be positive I'm sure they will let you in,
Yes If Dark wants to take your place not a problem I can transfer the details, if dark fills an entry in and sends it to me asap so that I can swop details.
Look forward to meeting you Sunday

        • Looks like there'll be a Tiguan to replace a Golf on Sunday, at least it'll be useful to pull people out if they get bogged

            Awww yeah!
            Must meet the new Tiguan.

Weather looks to be holding up, apparently only a 10% chance of showers (1mm)

Can't wait to see how the noise pipe sounds on the highway.

            • We went to inspect the grounds yesterday (at its worst), most is dry and solid no bogging will happen a few small wet areas will be sectioned off.
The organizers have done an amazing job, most of the other clubs cars entered are long & low. All will be good.

Lots of cars will still be entering on the day, so for all those dubbers that haven't entered you can enter on the day.

If I get there in time the hire car is entering

                        • Hopefully the weather stays like this here in Oxenford! P.S What time are we aiming to get there on sunday then? Is there going to be anything in need of setting up?? Or is that all happening saturday now?
Driving a car named after a sport that's slow, boring and the hardest part is to drive.

We shall be there from 6.30 Sunday, the later the more traffic getting into the grounds.
We shall be there tomorrow setting up the Marquis 11.00am- 1.00 pm max (will you be there?) there will still be some bits to do on Sunday, flags balloons, tape and helping with parking.
                                Help appreciated
