Sorry jimmy that the Date is no good for you, such a shame you will be missed

Can't believe the sun is shining today grrrr, well it worked out for the best I'm sure, I got a call after sending emails and putting up posts that my daughter had been rushed to hospital, suspected gall stones.
So that is where I shall be today.

For all those that definitely will not make it to the show on the 2nd October, if you could please post me back your entry cards and tickets, so that I can re allocate them to other entrants, I shall give you a refund, just enclose you bank details in the envelope for a transfer or if cash at the Wynnum show,(only 2 weeks away) again let me know when returning Tickets, address was on back or pm me if you no longer have address.

We now have a month to make the show even bigger, I am getting some good feed back from people that can now enter, I shall post the entry forms again in a thread, over the next few days.
The organizers have promised to lay on something special, to make up for the postponement, they are a great bunch of guys and have gone to so much trouble to make this a top event, and it will be

I will update as well on entrant numbers as the weeks pass

That is such good news, so pleased you can make it if you come to the Wynnum Show, you can return one ticket, hope your parents are enjoying their stay, I was looking forward to meeting them, say hi for us.
( yes she is in a lot of pain, looks like surgery is on the cards, had 6yr old Thomas for the day, I'm totally worn out- stressful weekend)
But am feeling very positive that, that the show will be an even bigger success.

I have just heard back from the organizers giving me permission to add more pre entry's to list, so it will be bigger and better, will post entry form shortly, look forward to seeing you there

It was such a nice day on the coast, saw so many nice cars too, looked like some had just decided to go for a cruise anyway, E-Types, XJs, XK and XRs, Camaros, hot rods etc on top of the usual gold coast bling bling. Lucky because I wasn't heading to the show and probably wouldn't have seen so many cool cars on the road had they been at the showgrounds.

UPDATE- Oxenford Show- 2nd OCTOBER

Hi Guys, I'm back on track, spent the week at hospital with my Daughter but all good now, full steam ahead.

Have had more Entry's come in, should be 60+++.

Yesterday, we collected some beautiful gifts donated by Gold Coast Volkswagen (Big thanks) which will be in the prize draw for Entrants only, we have about 40 prizes now so high chance most will get something special to take home on the day
I also spoke to Matt Kingsley, all being well, he will bring his beautiful Racing Porsche and racing rig to display with us on the day, will attract the public

We shall be at Wynnum Action Day next Sunday the 11th, with both our cars, hopefully getting more entrants to the show, if your there, come and say hi to us.
As promised the postponement to the show will only give us a chance to make it BIGGER & BETTER

Will have 60+++ entrants, making a stand for the brand.

Wynnum show this Sunday then only 3 Weeks until the Oxenford show, I have decided to add a Audi section, to our VW section so if you know anyone with an Audi get them signed on

Simple, Turn up on the day, you will get a ticket that goes into a draw and name gets pulled out of hat, 40+ prizes, you chose what prize you want off the table, everything from, keyring's & pens,to T-shirts,caps GTI dice to a beautiful red & black GTI Beach Towel & more.
Not bad for a $10 entry Plus you get to "Make a stand for the brand" show you car, meet the guys & chat, see other beautiful cars and just have a great day.
