What's the return policy on this?

The policy is that until your unit is made your deposit and any payments are fully refundable. Once the order is placed i.e. your unit is in production the deposit becomes non-refundable (this is the only way I can be sure of the number of orders). So for those who have opted in to the initial batch, their deposit is no longer refundable, while everyone else can still receive full refunds up to the point the next batch is ordered with the supplier.

If you're locked in but there's a willing person to take over your order I'd be happy to let that person take your place and refund you fully though.

Now for the good news - I was just informed that the issue is fixed so the initial batch units are ready to ship. All should be sorted tomorrow so I would expect my stock early to mid next week. Overseas customers who opted in to the initial batch should be able to get a tracking number within a few of days. As for locals in the initial batch, please remember I will not be able to ship your unit unless full payment is made - I have to go over my records but a few have still only a deposit down.

I'm probably heading interstate for a few months so don't have a desperate need for the unit. I'd be willing to wait a little longer if someone wants my early release unit....

I would be happy to swapsies (if you ordered the 810?)as I originally didn't go for the early release as it was meant to arrive before my final uni assignments, but now that they're done.... u get the drift.
If sandy is cool with that then I'll take the unit you were waiting for if there won't be any hardware changes later on.

I'm happy with a swap if you both sent me a confirmation by PM.

So the manager is supposedly under pressure from other clients too and said the 24 units weren't all for me after all... but my full order will be ready by the end of this week. It's not an excuse for further delay this time, because they have agreed to start sending out the international orders tomorrow and provide me with tracking, and once my domestic order (~20 units) is fully produced they will be shipped to me. I told them if they weren't sure about end of this week I want them to just send me whatever units they can allocate to my order each day separately, but they assured me end of the week is no problem and that the whole order will be sent together by then.

I don't blame you Sandy but this stopped being funny a fair while ago. It's my birthday On the 9th of December, it would be nice if it was delivered by then...

I hope I'm in the first initial batch as I had this unit paid for within weeks of the initial groupbuy opening way back in June / July / ages ago lol
