I'm trying to undo the inner tie rods, as the steering rack needs to come out. is there a easy way to undo the tie rod at the rack end. some youtube clips show some type of tube spanner, while another uses a 32mm spanner. i have a 32mm spanner, but it is super loose, a 31mm would be better i think....

I have a new selector rod to install. It is the plastic rod to install over the 2 ball studs in the linkage. It appears as if it should push on, but on trying it obviously needs some force. Is this the correct way to install and how is it usually done?

Looking for a wrecked O2M gearbox to be able to grab the shifter rod (02M301233L) from. So if you know anyone with a trashed gearbox i'd loved to see if they have it spare. My gearbox is the DRP if anyone knows if that makes any difference in the rod.
