I read a report on Facebook out of the UK about the new VW van , seems there are a lot of unhappy people over there regarding the Ford engine in the van something to do with the wet belt system or whatever that is . Others report quality problems and even some saying the Ford version is actually better...

I'm currently on RE003's and while they have been excellent and well-priced, the Firehawks are cheaper and look to be very similar.... and they say Hawk on them

Has anyone used the Firehawks to report any experiences?

Arrived home today after a few weeks overseas to find my battery pretty much dead.

I rang VW Assist and told them my story and within 40 mins the tech arrived, inspected and advised that the battery would need to be replaced.
He checked the build date and said you're still in warranty...

I picked up my Transporter from routine service, report is handed to me, I leave. Reading the report it states “Intake pipe at rear of engine leaking”

To my understanding this could be any pipe....exhaust manifold, turbo?

What does it likely mean? There was no recommendation...

Guys, I have repeatedly asked my supplying dealer to share the NADCON report with me. He has never actually even confirmed he is using the system, until earlier this week. What does it show that's of any value to me and is there any reason he could not share a screen shot of it with me?

So my car is not registered. I thought since my car sits around too much it would be nice to be able to legally drive it here. The government here is simply awful.

Fitted new tyres in July. The agent offered 5000km inspection and check, so I did.

On fitting I got a report with the front and rear toe/camber/caster numbers in mm. The toe numbers were 0.5 (front) and 1.75(rear)

The car felt too stable, flat almost and I couldn't help wonder...
