Hi there,
Cleaning the van this morning (2010 Transporter) and noticed some oil residue near the clutch pedal.
Speaking to a mechanic friend it sounds like it's likely the master seal perishing and allowing some oil to seap out which will need to be replaced.

Clutch pedal snapped/stuck to floor
Was leaving work for the day on Thurs and when depressing the clutch, it went back with a snap/crunch and was stuck to the floor.
I couldn't see the damage apart from a plastic clip that fell to the floor in two pieces.
Got it towed to my usual place, and they looked at it on the Friday...
