Manually opening golf r door via key hole does not work
Hi.. I'm trying to open the door GOLF R 2019 MK7.5 via hidden key hole but nothing happens when I turn the key.
No latching noise, no resistance when I turn the key.
But with remote key it opens without any problem
Is there hidden trick to this? -
The dog ate my key Passat B7 118TSI
The new pup decided that our B7 Passat 118TSI key looked tasty and gave it a pretty good chew to the point where it would no longer fit in the key slot

Broke the folding key part off the fob the other day and had to resort to the manual spare key {could not find the second fob DOH ! } So been using the spare key for the last few days and then this morning the actual barrel just decided it would not turn , no matter what I did jiggling the key turning... -

Boot wont open when ulocking car
I have a 2012 Golf GTI and when I installed a popup reverse camera I found out I couldn't unlock or open the boot unless I held down the boot release button on the fob or had the car key turned in the injection. And ideas for how to fix this? -
Key Stuck Jammed in Ignition
Wifey called from the shops, car will not turn off. They key is stuck, can turn forward to starting position but not back to off position.
I'm guessing a new ignition barrel is needed, but what about matching keys etc

One of my keys from 2008 transporter has broken. A bit of the thing that springs it open has broken. I might buy another case/key from eBay and swap over the key etc. The transponder ( if that’s the correct term) is maybe 8 or 10mm long and as thick as a match, looks very delicate, looks like glass... -
