    Fuel gauge not working

    Greetings

I've had a hiccup with the fuel gauge once before - it stopped working for a day or so and then it worked Ok until recently.
I took the pump out and in my haste thinking it's the gauge sender unit changed it. To my disappointment it's not it. After I soldered the new sender...

    Overheating (sort of)

I have a tuned mk5 GTI with a k04 and supporting mods (s3 injectors, big HPFP etc). It’s been dead reliable until now. I took it to the track the other weekend and ever since it’s been running about 10 degrees C hotter than normal — between 98-102 degrees in normal driving.

    Amarok Fuel Gauge problem

    Hi All,
I'm having problems with my fuel gauge.
I have a 2016 4-cylinder, manual High Line, with about 65,000km on the clock. Mostly bitumen Kms. Used for occasional towing and country travel, it's my 2nd vehicle, so it can sometimes sit about for a few weeks in a garage not being used....

Temp gauge is halfway at 90c, no errors showing in ODBEleven.

    Any ideas?

    Dimming wire voltage

It may seem an odd question but has anyone connected any digital gauges or similar to the solid grey dimmer wire in the light switch assembly?

I have a gauge that dims when the lights go off but randomly fluctuates bright again at night.

Checking the voltage on that wire it...

Fuel Gauge Issue on 2019 Trendline?

    Hi all,

I own a 2019 Volkswagen Golf 110 Tsi Trendline Hatchback bought new a couple years ago.

Over the past few months, I've noticed that it takes a long time for my fuel gauge to start ticking down from full. Typically I have to drive around 120km on a full tank before...

    Fuel Gauge intermittent

Lately my fuel gauge intermittently reads zero/empty, causing the MFD to show --- in KMs to empty.
Sometimes it will be working when I start, but some time in the trip it will go off again. Power off and back on used to fix it, but it's doing it more often lately.
    I have pulled the connectors...

  • Fuel gauge not working properly after new battery fitted

Our MY14 Golf Wagon needed a new battery several weeks ago, due to Covid it didn't get used much for a few weeks. On the next fill the gauge stayed up near full until about 500km run and the range to empty didn't change either. In the last quarter of the tank it seemed to be accurate.

    Power gauge limits

    Hi All,

I am looking to increase the limits of the power gauge on my infotainment system. Currently reads 169kw as its max limit. Is there anyway to increase the max reading via OBDeleven tweak? Got a MK7.5 gti with Infotainment pack.

    Cheers,
    Gabriel.
