oh Tim i'm so surprise that you/your bro got such collection
but I love to collect 1:43
Actually old man of mine is a manfacturer of some of the Minichamps model
Fujimi have just released a 1/24 Golf Mk 1,that my son Seb found in one of his plastic kit modelling mags. He has also made the 1/35 Kubelwagen with Rommel. Their early version of the ww2 Beetle looks interesting. I have the 1/12 scale Porsche RS 935 and a metal 1/24 I think, 911/964. We will try to post some photos although time and dust has caught up with the 935. It is now out of production and when i checked Ebay last year some were selling up to $500, and I paid $120 for it back in the mid 90s.

You start off just collecting one of each particular model then before you know it your buying 3 of the same thing but in differrent colors. Just did that again recently when i bought 3 997 GT3 RS's in both the oranges and that awful green. I think i've got an addicion of some kind. Does anyone know what it is called?
Not sure, I will have to get my son to look at it for you.
na, thanks mate, was just curious...
Golfworx I totally agree with you... coz I always do the same thing
I buy same models of plastic kits and just spray it in different colours with different options on it
Also for all the 1:43 I just hide em under my bed and my mom is always whinging on me having less space to keep other stuffs

Think you've got problems? My Aircooled collection is about 5 times bigger than the watercooled cars back at the start of this thread. And the RC cars are another sort of disorder again!

Its some sort of disorder alright. I wonder if someone can treat it? Its bad enough we spend so much on our real cars let alone dropping major coin on stuff we can only stare at.
I'll have to snap some more photo's of my collection of models. Lots of die cast and a few plastics, some of which I haven't built yet...
For the moment I can add this one of my 1:10 Nitro RC, just one of the Nitro RC family I have although I am looking for a VW shell of some sort for my Revo 3.3 Monster truck, I also have a little electric that has a Baja shell available when I get round to getting back to the hobby place.
If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.
