New ride height is looking hot mate! Any issues with driveshaft rubbing? Out of interest do you know how many mm you've dropped by?

Had a good pow-wow with Jake today and sold him my spacers.

His car is looking ace on the Eos wheels and the ride height suits it nicely.

Looking forward to seeing it with a wider a$$ :p

Got the spacers fitted better today, had a problem with a slight gap between the spacer and the wheel, Ryan said it was the same for his car.

I fixed it with some washers that I got that matched the gap and epoxyed them to the spacer so I could get the bolts through them, worked great, no wobble and its all nice and tight.

Wanted to clean up the engine bay some more so gave what I had sprayed another coat and added in the airbox while I have the pod in.

This is the first coat on the airbox.

Wanted to drop the rear another 10mm for dovw but i don't think i will have time cos i need to remove the lower locking collars, and just don't have the tools or know how to do it at home

Lower grills and engine covers are all ready painted and ready to go

I also have a red tip and induction hoses coming but again most likely not before the weekend

You're right. That is an absolute disaster waiting to happen. The wheel mounting surface must be dead flat to ensure consistent torque of the wheel bolts. Standard washers will deviate in diameter by up to 1mm and this will only be made worse by using varying amounts of epoxy to secure them.

There is very real potential for the bolts to work their way loose with a setup like this!! Scary
